About Kaileigh Patterson

Driven. Fearless. Focused.

At just 13 years old, Kaileigh Patterson is already capturing national attention—and hearts—with her talent, work ethic, and vision for the future of women’s flag football. Kaileigh, a standout athlete from Nahant, Massachusetts, is not your typical seventh grader. In a state championship game for St. Mary’s High School, with just eight seconds on the clock, she made a game-winning, one-handed catch that secured the title. Most athletes wait until their junior or senior years for moments like that. Kaileigh did it as a sixth grader.

That unforgettable play is just one chapter in a story that’s only beginning. With a background in gymnastics and soccer, Kaileigh found her true passion on the flag football field—coached by her father, Terrell Patterson, a former college football player. Her natural athleticism, drive, and unmatched football IQ quickly set her apart. She began playing in older divisions as early as age seven, competing against boys five years older—and excelling.

Now a varsity letterman in soccer, track, and flag football, Kaileigh balances academics, sports, and elite training sessions with the kind of maturity well beyond her years. She’s currently the youngest member of the USA 15U Girls Junior National Team and was recently named MVP of the Northeast at the USA Football Talent ID Camp.

But Kaileigh’s mission is about more than personal accolades. With over 39,000 followers on Instagram and a feature on ESPN’s SportsCenter Top 10 plays, she’s using her platform to spotlight flag football and advocate for its growth. Kaileigh wants to see more Division I opportunities for women and dreams of representing Team USA at the Olympics. That journey requires more than talent—it requires resources, support, and sponsorship.

With daily training, national travel, and specialized coaching to help her reach the next level, Kaileigh’s pathway is as demanding as it is promising. Your support can help alleviate the financial strain and fuel a young athlete’s Olympic dream while championing the future of women in football. Join Team Kaileigh. Help her show the world what’s possible when talent meets opportunity.
